Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little additional time to reflect this.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

It depends on the product. Wall sconces and ceiling lights that require hardwiring should be installed by a qualified electrician. Battery-operated and plug-in lights can be installed without professional help. Each product page includes installation information specific to that product.
